Perform a Post Construction Energy Yield Estimate for all the projects

Review scheme drawings, plan layouts, design and general specification for all assets; Review engineering details of Project Infrastructure– substations, switchyards and interconnection facilities

Provide details on the estimated CAPEX, OPEX, and Revenue/Energy Generation or Cost Impact for implementation of Operational Improvement strategies.

Reviews monthly operational reports, annual operating plan per project (Planned Vs Actual); Historic OPEX performance/generation and revenue generation for all assets (Budget Vs Actual) to identify risk associated with assets.

Review the construction progress for the assets and identify any execution risk cost or time overrun; Quality assessment of the under-construction assets – perform a component analysis to identify any risks with the equipment, modules, inverters, transformers

  • PPAs, EPC/BOS and O&M/LTSA Contracts for all assets; Grid Codes and Grid/Interconnection Agreements; Key Equipment supply agreements – Perform a detailed review of the contracts and identify any risks related to the contracts by benchmarking across the industry standards.
  • Identify any warranty, serial defect or contractual claims pending to be resolved or outstanding.

Perform on-site testing for all operational assets using techniques like drone thermography, visual inspection, PIV string, Pyranometer data validation.

Visual inspection of PV modules, SCB, Inverters, Transformers, HT panel, ACBD, Weather station, Drainage, roads, MMS, vegetation, DP structure and Transmission line and reports the discrepancies based on specified scope.
